1983
Jim's First Crane was a 30 ton P&H.
The Edmonton Oilers win their first Stanley Cup.
1987
Jim moved the crane to Nisku and rented half of Bay 3. Now he owns the building and has cranes lined up in 3 of the bays.
Despite sitting out 16 games with a knee injury, Wayne Gretzky leads the Oilers with 149 points.
2012
Oil City Crane purchased a 250 ton Liebherr "Big Blue" along with 3 RT's. This was a major growth year for us.
The Oilers named Ralph Krueger as their new head coach.
2016
We have expanded to having 12 cranes and a very skilled crew of operators.
Edmonton Oilers nab #4 pick in the 2016 NHL Draft Lottery.
